These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ZiggyBook, an AI-powered SMS booking assistant operated by AstridAgent AI LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“AstridAgent,” “we,” “us”). By texting a phone number that uses ZiggyBook or by signing up as a ZiggyBook business customer, you agree to these Terms.
ZiggyBook lets small service businesses accept bookings, questions, and service requests from their customers over SMS. Our AI assistant (“Ziggy”) responds on behalf of the business using information the business has configured (services, hours, pricing, personality).
Ziggy is software. While we train it to be helpful and accurate, it can make mistakes. Any booking made through ZiggyBook is an agreement between you (the customer) and the business whose number you texted. AstridAgent is not a party to that booking and is not responsible for performance of the service itself.
You agree not to use ZiggyBook to:
Business customers of ZiggyBook are responsible for ensuring their own messaging complies with these rules. AstridAgent reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or threatens the reputation of our SMS-carrier relationships.
Messaging through ZiggyBook is subject to the carrier requirements of our SMS provider (Twilio) and of the CTIA. This includes brand and campaign registration (10DLC) for long-code numbers and verification for toll-free numbers. Consent rules are described in our SMS Consent & Messaging Policy.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Program name: ZiggyBook (operated by AstridAgent AI LLC).
Program description: ZiggyBook sends booking confirmations, schedule changes, appointment reminders, quote responses, and post-service follow-ups on behalf of the small service business you texted. Messages are exclusively transactional and conversational — no promotional content or marketing.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies by how often you interact with the business — typically 0–5 messages per appointment.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. AstridAgent does not charge end users for receiving SMS messages; any charges come from your mobile carrier under your existing phone plan.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS from that business’s number through ZiggyBook.

Business customers authenticate to the owner dashboard at app.ziggybook.ai using a verified email address or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activity under your account.
Fees, if any, are disclosed at sign-up and may change with notice. Free or trial accounts may have limits on number of messages, customers, or features. AstridAgent may end a free trial or change pricing with reasonable notice.
ZiggyBook, the Ziggy persona, the name and logo, and the underlying software are the property of AstridAgent AI LLC. Your business’s customer and booking data remains yours; we hold it as a processor on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details.
ZiggyBook is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI’s responses will be accurate in every case. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstridAgent disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstridAgent’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or ZiggyBook will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid to AstridAgent by the business in the twelve months before the claim or (b) USD $100. AstridAgent is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may stop using ZiggyBook at any time. Business customers may cancel their account by contacting us. AstridAgent may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated via the business owner’s email on file.
