Privacy Policy

ZiggyBook is a product of AstridAgent AI LLC (a Florida limited liability company, “AstridAgent,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you interact with a business that uses ZiggyBook, how we use it, and your rights.

Information we collect

When you text a business using ZiggyBook, we collect and store:

• Identifying information you provide: name, phone number, email address (if you share one), service address, and any notes you include in messages.
• Booking and service history: dates, services requested, prices quoted, completion status, and follow-up communications.
• Message content: the full text of inbound and outbound SMS messages between you and the business’s ZiggyBook number, so our AI can maintain context across conversations.
• Technical metadata: timestamps, message IDs from our SMS carrier, and AI processing logs used to improve service reliability.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries, schedule your appointments, and send reminders or follow-ups.
• To notify the business owner of new bookings, changes, and completions.
• To maintain conversation context so our AI does not make you repeat yourself.
• To diagnose bugs, prevent abuse, and improve the quality of the service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your messages to train third-party AI models outside the scope of processing your booking.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are treated separately and never shared. Your phone number, the content of your text messages with a ZiggyBook number, and the record of your opt-in consent are excluded from any of the data-sharing categories described elsewhere in this policy. This information will not be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes — ever, at any time. This carve-out applies to the entire CTIA category of “text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.”

Who sees your data

• The business you texted: the owner has full access to the messages, bookings, and customer records for their own business.
• AstridAgent personnel: employees or contractors of AstridAgent with a legitimate operational need.
• Third-party processors we rely on to operate the service:
  • Twilio — SMS carrier for message delivery.
  • Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
  • Anthropic — AI model provider for Ziggy (Claude).
  • Resend — transactional email for owner notifications.
  • Coolify / DigitalOcean / Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, and traffic management.

Each processor has its own privacy and security practices and is contractually required to handle data only as directed by AstridAgent.

Data retention

We retain conversation history and booking records for the lifetime of the business’s ZiggyBook subscription. On request, we will delete records for a specific customer (see “Your rights” below). Opt-out status is retained indefinitely so we can honor your STOP request going forward.

Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored encrypted at rest. Access to the production database is gated by row-level security policies (a business owner can only see their own business’s records) and restricted service credentials.

Your rights

You may request at any time to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your records (subject to the business’s own record-keeping obligations).
• Opt out of SMS (reply STOP or contact us).

Children

ZiggyBook is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated via the business owner’s email on file.
